1、 The purpose of the fan

The TL series induced draft fan is suitable for wet desulfurization equipment and dust collectors of various boilers. The medium temperature is generally 100-200 ℃, and the dust and hard particles in the medium are not more than 150mg/m3.
 This series of fans has an air volume of 6573-298313m 3/h, a total pressure of 2408-12706pa, and a power of 22-800kw. For detailed parameters, please refer to the performance parameter table.

2、 Type of fan

The fan is a centrifugal single suction type, mostly driven by a coupling, and a few are directly connected by a motor.

There are two types of fans: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor, a fan with a clockwise impeller is called a right-handed cyclone fan, represented by "right", and a fan with a counterclockwise impeller is called a left-handed cyclone fan, represented by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing.
 Both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, and 225 degrees.

3、 The structure of the fan

This series of fans mainly consists of a casing, impeller, transmission group, integral steel frame, motor, air damper, shock absorber, installation accessories, etc;
 Among them, the air regulating valve and shock absorber are optional parts, and the fan is equipped with high-voltage motor without integral steel frame.

4、 Installation of fan

This series of fans is equipped with an integral steel frame, except for a high-voltage motor.

Fans with integral steel frames must be assembled and debugged before leaving the factory, while those without integral steel frames require on-site assembly and debugging.

A box type integral steel frame is installed on a concrete flat foundation for fans below 200kW, and fixed with anchor bolts or embedded iron;
 The integral steel frame with channel steel frame above 200kW fan is fixed by pouring concrete.

The fan is equipped with a high-voltage motor, and the fan, transmission group, and motor are installed on a concrete stepped foundation.

5、 Installation and use

Before installation: A comprehensive inspection of all components of the fan should be carried out to ensure that the parts are intact, the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, the connections between each part are tight, the main components such as the impeller, main shaft, and bearings are not damaged, and the transmission group is flexible.

During installation: Pay attention to checking the casing. There should be no tools or debris falling in or left inside the casing. To prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties on some joint surfaces, a layer of lubricating grease or mechanical oil should be applied.
 The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, as well as the joint surface between the fan and the inlet and outlet ducts, should be carefully adjusted to fit naturally. Forced connection is not allowed, and the weight of the ducts should not be added to the various components of the fan. Attention should be paid to ensuring the horizontal position of the fan.
